Two OC encounters at Mt Pocono Shop Rite

One positive, one not-so-positive.

First was a heavyset black man. He approached and said, "Are you... No, you're not a cop, are you?" To which I said, "No."

He proceeded to ask me whether or not cops gave me a hard time or asked me for my license to carry. I told him sometimes, but for the most part, I'm left alone. He was asking because he'd gotten a LTCF just for the easier transportation, and was thinking about carrying, and just wanted to know how badly we're hassled. Friendly guy, thanked me for the info and continued on his way. A few minutes later, I was asking an employee where I would find Velveeta, and was interrupted by a man who rudely cut in and said, "You know, you should really cover that that up."

I had two "Scrubs moments" where I imagined myself saying,

"You know, you should really mind you own fucking business and leave me alone."

And: "Thank you for that unsolicited advice; now please do go fuck yourself."

But instead I simply said, "That's your opinion and really has no bearing on what I do."

He just gave me a dirty look and watched me leave.

Option 3 response: I really try but even after duct taping it to my leg and wearing larger pants it's still very noticeable, but what can I say I was blessed and havent gotten any complaints from the Girlfriend/wife.

You could also asked him to help you find velveeta if not then KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO YOURSELF HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR.

ART the manager at Mt Pocono Shoprite has no issues with O/C he wont get into conversation about it and rarely does a customer say anything to him.Glad you had at least a positive,some of the people just dont want to be educated as to their rights,and coming from N Y and N J they dont expect that they do have rights.I O/C shoprite 90% of the time never an issue,havent seen you yet but we will meet eventually !
