Recommend a gunsmith near New Kensington?
I have a few little projects that I've never gotten around to, and decided to throw up my hands and pay a gunsmith:
* Trigger job on my duty weapon, a Smith M&P.
* Replace ambi safety with mono on my Taurus 1911.
* Duracoat (or otherwise paint/coat/parkerize) my stainless 1911 black.
* Replace tritium rear sight on both guns with yellow tritium.
Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in the Harmarville or New Ken areas who will do a good job on the above, for a reasonable price? The one I had install the night sights did a bad job, and I ended up reinstalling the front sights myself after they shook loose.
Thanks!

I've gone to Josh at Allegheny Gunworks. He's great and very reasonably priced. I pretty much exclusively will go to him from now on and it's a little but of a drive for me, murysville to bethel park area.

Re: Recommend a gunsmith near New Kensington?
I used this guy to do some work on my Black hawk he did nice work on it, He is east of New Ken just off RT,366 his phone # is 724-339-6908, I believe he dose most of the work on the Plum PD guns. One warning he is a talker. Hard to get away from him nice guy though.
