Naming a Trust
After some research, I know that a trust can be named pretty much anything. Examples would be "In God We Trust", "I Don't Trust", and "I'm Special Trust". These are obviously extreme examples, but are still valid names for a trust. My big question is.... Do you have to have the word "TRUST" in the name of a trust. Like if I want to name my trust "Johnson & Johnson Enterprises", do I have to name it "Johnson & Johnson Enterprises Trust"? Or can I leave the "Trust" out of the name?
