9mm personal defense bullets?

I currently use the Critical Defense, but I'm about to cycle through the last of them and was wondering what bullet do you use for personal defense? Any bad experiences with a particular bullet? Good experiences?

I carry Winchester Ranger 147gr 9mm.

Critical duty are pretty nice but I use federal HST 124+p and always keep some Speer gold dots in the same flavor

jb44336, can you tell us about your experience with Critical Defense, the reason I'm asking is, I use Federal Hydro shock, and I have thought about trying Critical Defense. As for as Hydro shock is concerned I can't say good or bad about them.

I always use the Glaser safety slugs. They always feed well.

This is my choice as well. They have gotten very good reviews regarding their ballistics and penetration. I know that when I have shot them at the range my groupings are much tighter than the groupings I get with my target ammo.

I've had good luck using Federal Hydrashock and never had a cycling problem in 32ACP, 9mm or 45 ACP.
