    Default 80% frames

Ok, while it is legal to make your own handgun and it does not need to be registered, as long as its not for sale, out of an 80% frame or some such..... Is it legal to CARRY said homemade firearm? Or do you have to tack on a serial number and register it in order to carry the weapon?

There is no registry in PA to register it.

Yes, it is legal to carry a homemade gun. However you may stumble upon an unknowledgeable officer who may confiscate the gun due it not having a serial number to check against the transfer database.
