Talking Re: CURRENT PRODUCTION COLT GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH

My very first 1911 was and still is a Gold Cup National Match MKIV series 70. I now have two, one customized, the other stock. FWIW: these, for the most part, and especially today, are some of the finest shooters out of the box! For what you get for what you pay, dollar for dollar, is as good as a custom piece for twice if not more. They are produced as a Competition Pistol from the get go. Both of mine put raggedy holes, and tight groups effortlessly at 25 and 50 yards without fail. The only problem is me! Lol
