    Default Grip Stippling in SEPA

Looking to get my M&P9 done but seeing as its my carry gun/ only handgun I don't want to have to send it away and wait for months on end. Any forum members stipple grips or know of any shops that are semi-local that do it?

Thumbs up Re: Grip Stippling in SEPA

I did mine myself. Quite a few helpful videos on youtube. I picked a pattern I liked from a professional stippler and copied that pattern. A wood burner is around $10. I'd do the backstrap for you, but am not an FFL, so the frame is a no no for you to send to me...

Bump. I know Trop offers stippling. Anybody have any experience with their work? Anybody recommend others in the area?

Get a soldering iron and do it yourself.. It is not hard at all, just practice your technique on something else first..

I also stipple all of my polymer framed pistols. Very easy and cheap to do yourself. Just take your time and go slow, make sure you dont go too deep at first. Pmags are great to use for practice.

How do you know which pattern is best for your grip?

Actually the best way to practice is with an A2 AR grip. Most people have them sitting around if you have built a rifle or two.
