Older Browning Safari
Can anyone date the manufacture of this rifle? It's a Browning Safari made in Belgium, in a .270 cal. I have the same serial number on the barrel, low on the receiver, on the underside of the bolt handle, and on the inside of the stock, so I know it's all legit! It was supposed to be a '65 model, but I can't validate that.
.... The DOM has eluded me so far. There is no number ahead of the Letter in the serial number. A space after the letter, and between the 5 digit serial number. The more I chase it, the more confused I get. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for any help !!!
