All that crime must be the result of all the law abiding citizens with SKS assault rifles.

But by cutting arms, you automatically lose the hands also! ;-)

BTW, what does this description mean...???

    Incident ID 2008-25-045764
    Date/Time: 5/3/2008 19:00
Location: 500 BLOCK E LOUDON ST
Crime: 117 - Homicide: felon by Police Officer
    District,Sector: 25, F

Are we including lawful uses of force or is this a rogue cop??

Either way, it doesn't look good.

Homicide is homicide even if its justifiable. Filter for Justifiable Homicides and I think thats the only one that shows up.

But right before the description it says Crime: and I don't think it should be listed as a crime for statistical purposes.

There are crimes, total homicides, justifiable homicides, suicides etc.

So I say either way it is bad, because now they can have police shoot criminals dead in the street and prove that homicide rate is too high!

It is interesting to note that there are some justifiable homicides by civilians listed.
