O/C in Hawley Pa

Me and the wife went up to the lake today and went to eat at this diner in Hawley,I left my jacket in the car and proceeded walking down the town to the diner and got a few smiles we had lunch sitting with gun side out in the booth and diners and waitresses noticed the sidearm and took it nonchalantly.We left going down the other side of the street and was observed by local P D writing a summons for an expired parking meter,He responded to me,Hows it going and stated very well he eyed my Glock and started talking guns and where we were from. All in All could not have been a better day of O/Cing.

Glad to hear. It always makes my day when someone asks what I'm carrying, or compliments my gun or something like that.

That's great, this is the kind of reaction I would expect from that area too. By the way next time you visit the area I recommend you try Fluff's Deli/Sandwich shop, it's right on the main street. They have excellent food, give you a ton of food and the price is unbelievable. Just a suggestion.

Years ago the wife and i used to go to the Settlers Inn, the food was very good, how is it now.

Never been to the Settlers Inn Yet,The Diner is the one on Main st where all the tourists walk about and enjoy the Quaintness of Hawley,My Favorite also and not just because of a very positive O/C experience.

Years ago the wife and i used to go to the Settlers Inn, the food was very good, how is it now.

I took my mother to Settlers Inn back in January 2012 for her birthday and they had excellent food, very quaint and enjoyable atmosphere too.

Fluff's Deli and that really run down Chinese place are great.

Nice to know they are OC friendly. I spend a lot of time on the lake. Always looking for places to eat close by.
