I'm pretty sure there is an exterior drop slot.

You can just mail it in
Takes about a week to get your card.

Just joined today, might go try to shoot some .22 later today assuming the indoor .22 range is open at night since the site says 24/7

Met a few people there Sunday when I went to play with my 1022 sbr and real nice people and real clean place, glad I joined!

Indoor ranges are 24/7 as long as there are no classes or training going on. It is a great place to go at 1 in the morning when you can not sleep.
