The soap box, ballot, jury, and ammo.

Many places have tried, the goal now is to push it up through the court system. Appeal, get it to someone that can apparently read, and get the ordinance struck down.

This was just a magistrate's hearing...like traffic court. Next step is the summary appeal at Common Pleas Court. If you are hoping to have preemption addressed by one of these "Pioneers of Erie" their attorney needs to put on an outstAnding show... but loose. Then he will prepare his appeal to the Superior Court (looks like a book almost) and then you see if history is made.

If you just want to get out of the ticket you sock it to the City's Solicitor at the summary appeal and hope the judge finds you not guilty.

Depends on your interest in the case.

Mail box. Cheap, easy, and rather effective when done right. An important first step often overlooked, IMHO.
You can Google "the 4 boxes" or " the 5 boxes" and it always seems this is the one overlooked.

    Isn't that interesting?
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

    Saw this on another forum.

    Ruling on injunction

They denied the injunction, but there wasn't any reason in the document at that link. Of course, by the time they denied it, the rally was long over.

It's almost 50 cents a shot. Even nowadays, .223 is cheaper
