To the OP. Bottom line. Talk to an attorney that is familiar with the process, and issues with getting a PA LTCF. Follow his/her advice, and go from there. If you are still doing illegal drugs, please do NOT carry a firearm.

i have a LTC and i had a misdemeanor possesion charge from 78. the act has to do with transporting and manufacturing if u read it. i fought for 8 months with the state police to be able to buy a gun let alone get a carry permit. read the act and see if it applies. my memory cant recall the details. ( too much possesion) LOL just kidding.it cant hurt to try.
