Take a close look at the left arm....under the mag and over the mag. It's not the same arm. The arm over the mag is some old guys. Same with the right hand. That tattoo looks like the Ace of spades and it's photoshopped in the pic. Plus "nail polish" on the left hand.....none on the right.

I agree with the others that she looks odd.
Her thighs are also disproportionately large.
If her left hand is real as opposed to her right, it also looks too old as compared to her midsection.

In my opinion, the part that is photoshopped is her midsection, altered to look thinner and smoother than it actually is.
They probably airbrushed her skin everywhere they could to make her look younger, with her arms and hands too busy to airbrush and being left original.
Even her exposed chest looks older than her stomach.

Not even sure if the background is accurate since the dividing lines between her and the rocky ground don't look right.

I could be wrong, but that's what I see when I look at it.
Best part of the pic is the rifle.
