Is this to suggest that we not do the same legal activity?

I will not let the unlawful actions of (former) Sheriff Wollyung deter my lawful activity. YMMV

Yes, I realize that, and that is one of the reasons I posted this question. Greg had the balls to OC there AND stand up for our rights when he was hassled about it and had he LTCF revoked, and eventually restored, of course

I would doubt OCing at the polls will have any problems thanks to Mr.Gnbrotz and pa patriot.

Probably should have sent copies of his case info to all of the sheriffs a week or two ago in all honesty.

No ... my polling place is a high school and I do not wish to be the test case for that "gray area" of law.

Can't afford the cost nor the damage to my background (IT security - I need to be squeaky clean!)

being retired I have the time. I think I will OC. Our Polling place is the boro administration offices. I have never seen either PD or any other such person guarding the polls.

    I dunno yet.

If I hit the polls on the way home from work (no carry allowed).....then no.

If I have time to go home and strap her on - then yes.
