    Agreed, The only one that is worse is the Virginia. It's a business card that's laminated. The worst part is the just cut and glue you picture to that back [under the lamination of course]. The lamination job is even worse then the Pa. The lamination sticks out a few centimeters on each side. You have to trim it just to make it fit in your wallet. You figure for $100 it would be something nicer. A pre-schooler could make a copy that looks more authentic then the real one.

    Tough what I have to give props to is it's actually signed by the Superintended of State Police. Can you imagine how many of those he signed after Sandy Hook?

    Still it only lets me carry to, during and from work. Better than nothing but still, not a full carry permit. Its also immediately invalid if I stop working there, terminated etc.

    So, now the trick is, to work 23 hours every day (and 1/2 hour travel time each way)...then you can legally carry all the time
