On Sunday, May 12, DCF&S will be holding our only 22 Rimfire Silhouette match of the year at the hi-power range. Course of fire is 40 shots from the offhand position at steel Chickens, Pigs, Turkeys and Rams placed at 40, 60, 77 and 100 yards using 22 rimfire rifles (scoped or irons) with standard velocity ammunition (no magnums, "stingers," etc.).

Sight-in shooting starts at 8AM and we expect to have the match underway at 9AM.

Match fee is $8. However, unlike our previous silhouette matches, we will not be employing target setters in order to keep the fees down. Shooters will instead be responsible for resetting their own targets.

You do not have to be a DCF&S member to participate in the match.

Also, if you are a DCF&S member and plan on coming out to shoot at the hi power or black powder ranges that day, please note that both ranges are closed to other shooters during this match. I would expect that they will reopen by 1PM.
