Default My first sporting clays match

I shot my first match today and IT IS ADDICTING! I think I finally have enough reason to look for a decent overunder.

    Congrats.

I have a browning Citori 525 with two sets of barrels, 12 and 20 guage, three cryo chokes for each barrel set, awesome carry case. Hardly used I paid $2700...considerably lower than what I paid for it.

I've always wanted to give sporting clays a try. But I just can't justify adding another shooting sport right now, maybe after the kids are out of the house and I'm not feeding them ammo for pistol and carbine matches.

Looks like a ton of fun.

Sporting Clays, Skeet, Trap are great shooting sports and at least the
ammo is readily available. Can be purchased by the case.

Yep, most fun you can have with your pants on!
Don't discount buying a nice Beretta 391 sporting model too quick. The 2 choke option is nice though.
I love the smell of gunpowder in the morning.[
