    Default Training, FTF, DVD, etc.

I am firm believer, based on my years of martial arts training, that instruction in person with a qualified, knowledgeable instructor is ALWAYS the best route to go when learning new skills.

That said, there are certain circumstances and situations, where DVDs and videos are a good way to supplement your training, refresh what you have already learned, and/or give you some cursory training, and ideas for the next training session with your instructor.

I have plans to join a local range, and take the classes offered, as well as attend some other courses that may require a little travel, etc.

In the meantime, does anyone know if guys like Larry Vickers, Todd Jarrett, and others, have any training DVDs to supplement their training courses.. I found one DVD from Blackhawk with Todd Jarrett, just curious if you guys/gals know of any others..

I did find this site, but I am not sure what is good quality instruction and what is not.. Anyone can Google it, but I am more interested in the experiences you all have had with any of the DVDs and your opinions..

Not sure about DVDs but if you go to ShootingUSA.com they have some streaming videos of Todd Jarrett since he is a semi-regular on the show. Most of the videos are about 3 to 4 minutes in length. In fact, to save you time here is what comes up when you click on him at ShootingUSA.

    Hope this is some help,
