GP100 question 6" or 4"
Ok I'm sold sold on a brand new GP100 my only thought is 4" or 6"?
Some background, I plink, target shoot, hunt (long guns as main gun), I do armed security work from time to time, and spend time in the woods!!!
All these activities leave me wondering 4 or 6? I'm leaning 6" what are the opinions of my peers?Have you called, faxed, or emailed your reps today!!!

Re: GP100 question 6" or 4"
6 inch. You might as well make it as accurate as possible if you're going to be hunting with it. That and I have one in 6" and I love it although I don't shoot it a lot.
Here's a picture of mine for you to drool over:

I can't see you going wrong either way. 6" for accuracy or the 4" for a little easier carry.

Another vote for 6 inch. Just something about the .357 with a six, inch barrel.
Ask Rick Grimes, he'll tell ya.

Re: GP100 question 6" or 4"
I'd go with the 6" if I planned on handgun hunting with the revolver only.
I'd go with the 4" for concealabilty and if I planned on carrying the handgun while hunting with a rifle.

Re: GP100 question 6" or 4"
I wont use it as a dedicated hunting gun . But yes there is something bad as* about a 6" 357! I'm thinking 6" may be the way to go.
