I was in the area and decided to go introduce myself to Rich. I walked in and hearing him addressed while in conversation, I decided to look around a bit rather than interrupt him. I made it about 10 steps before his wife asked if she could help me. I mentioned that I was looking for a retention holster for my S&W.40VE and she immediately said,"Blackhawk", and showed me to their wall display. She quickly found the correct holster and had me try it. Perfect fit, first time. She was not only pleasant, but knowledgeable as well.

I introduced myself to Rich, and after talking guns and forum stuff, I paid for my new holster(less than was marked too), and was on my way.

All around great experience and I would recommend their shop and knowledge to anyone.

Their origional store is on 611 in the Mr. Z's shoping plaza just before you get to Tannersville. The new one in windgap is where the Ritas is but in the back.
