Great review, great pics, Rocket! You know I agree with you, as mine is the twin of your's. Someday we have to get them together for some shooting.

Sounds like we are going to make the pt1911 a very popular pistol! Of course one of those para super hawks would be a great one to have too. i bet it will hit a fly on paper at 50 yards if you can hold it steady!

I am picking up a PT-1911 Stainless this Wednesday and I posted in another thread about how impressed I was at all the reviews there are on this site and how it influenced my decision for buying this gun, but I have to say your review and pictures were absolutley awsome! Had I seen this post earlier I would have already put a hundred rounds the gun since I would have had it alot earlier than now!!!

Noticed your posting from Latrobe Pa. Myself I was born and raised in Blairsville and now reside in Hanover Pa. Thanks again for taking the time to post what you did.

Thanks and welcome to the PAFOA! I'm sure you'll love the Stainless PT1911! I would still like to add on to my collection sometime soon! I lost count of rounds I have through mine but it has to be somewhere over 2500 flawless shots without so much as a loose grip screw!

    Be safe and happy shooting!

That's like asking someone what the best kind of running shoes is....it's a personal decision. You're gonna end up with a few. Just buy a quality rig which will last, or be easier to re-sell.
