When they come out in a 9mm I will have one. I've shot several and the barrel lockup was good.

Thanks for the great comments! Glad everyone is enjoying the reviews.

I still want to encourage you (yeah, I'm talkin' to you!) to write a review also! I enjoy reading gun stories as much as writing them...so lets get 'em posted!!

Slow your roll there, Rocket. Mind if I pick up the P89 for a review?
I converted the start of my 1911 review into the P89 review...even started on the pics last night. My wife wondered what the hell I was doing. The typing skills suck so it might take me a bit longer than some but I'm working on it. Even including the 1911 for comparsion on just how similar they are.

Yes Sinful, the 1911 also comes in 9mm. You can also get a .22 conversion for them too. If you want to shoot my Colt we'll get together here pretty soon.

The come in many calibers. .45, .40, .22lr, and 9MM(9x19) are the most popular, but you will also find them in 10MM, 9x21MM, 9x25MM, 38 super, and a host of other lesser-known cartridges.

Here is the review I did on my 1911 in .40 S&W

Rocket, I almost "pulled the trigger" on a PT1911 yesterday. You are a baaaaaad man! I am holding out for a Para Super Hawg with the 6" slide. For no other reason than it looks cool.

I'm already emailing thos pics to my wife to show her what's going to be comeing home as soon as that "economy stimulu check" gets here... lol

Those Hawgs are awesome! I wouldn't mind having one either!
