Concealed Carry Question

Hello,

I have a challenging question and figured I would post it hear. Generally the carry rules can be found based on location however I have a dilemma. I reside in PA and Fish reciprocating waterways with New Jersey specifically Delaware River both in Easton, PA and Philadelphia, PA. There are no clear laws indicating jurisdiction to the laws regarding concealed weapons while on a boat registered in PA by a PA LCC owner and operating in mutual jurisdiction waterways. I understand the don't tell concept but if you are approached by the NJ water police and for whatever reason are searched will you be charged. The water police have a reciprocating agreement with boating and fishing laws but I think this is outside those rules. Any documented support will help.

I just got off the phone with the PA boat commission office of SE PA and he clearly indicated know where the river boundaries are the boarder line is 1mm wide and as long as you stay on PA side you fall under PA law, However if you are on question of state lines best not to be even near any location that is questionable. I was told NJ is very strict on gun laws.
