Yeah, no kidding. Was this dragged out of the archives so we can start planning the 10 year anniversary of the story?

I'm calling bullshit on the original story anyway. If you have a justified need for 500,000 rifles you're gonna need/order a hell of a lot more than 10 million rounds of ammo. Do the math! It's only 20 rounds per rifle. Sure, maybe some of the rifles are for "future need" but why buy excess rifles when you have the cash to buy RPGs, light MGs, grenades, mines, vehicles, rations.......?
