What this "proves" is how squishy soft "support for gun control" can be.... these people do NOT THINK.

I noted that only a few people sounded enthusiastic to sign the petition. Most were blase.


One other thought - if we want to get petition signatures we have to be careful how we approach people. It's quite possible that the average person would sign a pro-gun petition if we told them it was a "pro-freedom" petition. We're not lying, just not touching upon the "buzz words".

This ought to make us skeptical about polls..... imagine having someone who is a skilled "Push Pollster" calling you up and "framing the questions" to get "the needed results".

It is kind of funny, but what makes it really scary is these people are just doing what they are asked to do, without thinking it through, or even listening to what he was saying. This is what we are up against - a population that is so mind numbed they don't want to think.

That is how all polls are taken. The questions are worded to explicit the correct response. That is why the phone polls are so skewed. Polls are rarely honest. And with all the stupid pudding brained people, they will eventually succeed.
