CLEO in Delaware County PA?

I am soon going to have to get papers signed for an NFA item (suppressor). I live in Delaware County. How is the CLEO in this county? It he pro gun or anti gun? Any advice?

Sorry Delco is not the most gun friendly county. From what I've read on this board you'll have a hard time.

I would be very surprised if Sheriff McGinn signed any NFA forms for peons, oops, I mean the citizens he serves.

He has consistently violated the UFA by not performing his duties in issuing LTCF's in accordance with SS6109.

I'll point out that a CLEO signoff can be any of your CLEO.for jurisdiction you live in.
Sheriff, city/boro/twp police chief, State police barracks commander (I have to check, but I believe the DA is also acceptable)
