    Default CC in West Virginia

    So my work is requiring me to be in WV quite frequently in the coming months. I can carry on the job so that is not an issue, and I know that my PA LTCF is honored by WV.

    I was just wondering if there are any laws that are specific in WV that are not present in PA. EX, duty to inform, signs have legal standing etc...

    My preliminary research has not came up with anything but I would like to make sure.

    Are you sure our ltcf is good there? I remember going down to Florida and WV and MD were the two states I had to trunk my weapon.

    Well if he isn't sure, I am. Yes, WV and PA have reciprocity.

    WV reciprocity with PA is a somewhat recent change (couple years). Time flies ... almost 6 years.
