Who?? That vid is 3 years old and I can't remember the last time I heard a peep out of Sam.

How about Metcalf? Now there's a busy man.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I voted for Sam in the Republican Primary, because Corbett described the Constitution as a "living, breathing document." Sam Rohrer is a little too much of a social conservative for my taste, but he seems to have a good grasp of constitutionality...

...then again, I thought the same of Toomey.

My favorite quote from Scalia is where he says the Constitution is DEAD, DEAD, DEAD.

The Constitution, like any other law, is limited to what is put in writing. The Constitution is alive only to the extent of the Amendment Process. If you don't like what it says, you need an amendment that is ratified by 3/4 of the states in order to change it.
