    Default New Laws

With the new laws philthadelphia enacted is there not someone in the state level to monitor unlawful laws? Attorney general or the state house??

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I figure there would have to be other checks and balances beside getting arrested and having to fight it through the courts.

That is not a stupid question at all. Yes I would think that the Attorney General would be the one to get involved, yet they have not. Why they have is beyond me, so we as a community need to get involved write your congressman/lady. Let them know of your displeasure and let them know that they need to get involved and if they choose not to it will be remembered come election time. These people work for us so it is time for them to start earing their ridiculous pay.
