Incrementalism works on people who indulge in short term thinking. Pat's staff probably figure that he can do better in the next elections if he "moves to the center". I remember how many times Pat tried to get elected before he got the job. A lot of people labeled him a "kook".


The TEA Party has to continue pushing for good candidates and under cutting this mythology that they're a bunch of "throwbacks".

The real throwbacks are Liberals. They want to take us to the European and Asian Class systems that most of our forebears came here to escape.

Scratch almost every Liberal and you'll find an Aristocrat underneath - they fancy themselves would be Lords and Ladies of a new Progressive America. They are 'enlightened" and "intellectual" and "above these backward people". An Aristocracy of a shared view, struggling against "the forces of reaction".

Aristrocrats are not descended from "enlightened" people. They're usually the descendants of ruthless people who got big enough to take over governments. The Elites of the USSR, children of communist party people. China's "Princelings". The Kim Dynasty of North Korea or the Castro Family of Cuba. Many European Royalty began as criminals, drug pushers or other unpleasant people.

The Hohenzollern Dynasty of Austria Hungary. "Hohenzollern" means "Turnpike fee accountant". They used to shake down travelers and merchants for fees to travel "their" roads. Then they get "established" and gave their name to a dynasty that ruled the Austro-Hungarian empire for generations.

Liberals help ruthless people get into power. The Weimar Social Democrats. Full of decent intentions. All of those Weimar systems - the Gymnasium, the Police, the gun registry and the "Social Safety Net" made life real easy for Hitler's rise.


The TEA Party is not "backward". They are looking forward. That's why the Liberals hate them.

Unless Texas has changed a heck of a lot the Illegals are going to vote for whom they are told to vote. Texas is a swell place but it's "Controlled" by an "Old Boy Network". Every place is but Texas takes it a little further than most.

How else did "Landslide Lyndon" get where he got, except with some help of his friends? How about George W Bush, who was a nobody with a good name who got into politics and rode his way to the top? Lyndon was a school teacher. George was a mediocre businessman.

We are incrementally moving towards registration and confiscation on a State and Federal level. This is why ANY compromise is wrong. Let them try to amend the 2A if they want to take away our natural rights. They know that won't happen, so they are trying through legislation, and the courts.
