Great bunch of guys too. They had 62 grn green tip for $450/1000 rounds last week.

Check your walmarts ! we picked up a 6920 about 2 weeks ago under $1150 with magpul accessories which bring the standard price up a little.

I tried my local walmarts and they don't carry long guns.
I got to Surplus City at opening time and they had one 6920 and one 6940 left.
After some internal arm twisting I grabbed the 6940. While doing the paperwork someone else came in and asked about the 6940 but had to settle for the 6920, which was also sweet.

Anyhow thanks to the suggestions I got the 6940 for almost 200 bucks lower than the 6920 I was considering at Targetmaster, and 500 bucks cheaper than they are asking for the 6940.
Also Surplus City was well staffed and on the ball. They know their stuff.
Ammo was limited to 3-4 boxes today.
