Re: Utah class in or around Franklin Co.
I'm directing people to the PA State Police for free fingerprints. I haven't been properly trained for them (in the process of finding a cop to train me). I will give 2 fingerprint cards though.
Application fee is paid directly from you to BCI in Utah.
Hill Top Arms may be set up to do passport sized photos. They are currently testing equipment. I don't have a hand in that and will be between students and HTA. I'm unsure what fee there may be.Last edited by steel6whiskey; March 23rd, 2014 at 06:38 PM.

Re: Utah class in or around Franklin Co.
If anyone is interested, the Washington Township Police will fingerprint Washington Township residents for free.
They fingerprinted me for my FL permit, no hassle, just in and out quickly.

Re: Utah class in or around Franklin Co.
One way or the other fingerprints will be free. Thank you for that tid bit of info! :-) There is always the possibility I'll find an officer to train me so I'll be good to go by the course date. I have a few lines out exchanging a Utah course for fingerprint training.
