1 are you aloud to reload for a friend.
2 if you gave a friend ammo can you be responsible for what is done with the ammo.
3 if you are in the business of making suppressors is there any other country you could sell to.

I've never seen anything in the UFA that would forbid it... as long as you aren't doing it for profit.
2 if you gave a friend ammo can you be responsible for what is done with the ammo.
3 if you are in the business of making suppressors is there any other country you could sell to.
Standard disclaimers - IANAL, this isn't legal advice, blah, blah, blah...

1) Yes, you can reload for anyone you want. Nothing illegal about it. Of course, you should work up the load for the firearm they will be using. In general, if you stay within the published loads you should be safe, but a wise reloader would work up the loads as I said.
2) No
3) Can't help you with this one.
