    Default Assault weapon

I would like to see all pro gun advocates try to educate others and stop using the liberal undefined term assault weapon. It is a term that is used by liberals with no real definition as far as what firearms could be covered under it. I have even corrected and tried to educate over zealous clerks and customers at gun counters when they were in a conversation about buying and selling assault weapons.

    Merriam-Webster defines assault as:

    1 a : a violent physical or verbal attack
b : a military attack usually involving direct combat with enemy forces
c : a concerted effort (as to reach a goal or defeat an adversary)

    and weapon:

1: something (as a club, knife, or gun) used to injure, defeat, or destroy
2: a means of contending against another

I know I am preaching to the choir here but this could be used in a 'discussion' with the un-educated on this term. Technically everything is an assault weapon, club, rock, pen, etc and can be used to injure in a physical attack. If you look further into this, your conversation could be an assault weapon based on the definitions that a verbal attack is being used to contend against another.

I just was talking to a lady at my work this am. She said what do you need an assault weapon for. I said first off.......
    1. An AR15 is a semi auto rifle, i dont have "assault" weapons. (Unless someone pistol whips a persons face off or stomps thier brains out with the stock of a rifle, then I guess it would be an assault weapon)
    2. Military has assualt weapons, although after jumping through months of hoops a civilian could obtain a "full auto" .
    I asked her........
    1. Why do you need an SUV for?
    2. Why do hou need your hair done once a month?
    3. What percentage of crimes were committed with "assault rifles"?
As a sidenote she also thought you can just go to a gunshow and buy whatever from whoever with no check.

I too am sick of the politicized words the presstitutes use in lamestream media.

Sorry Bro, but it probably isn't going to matter much. They are pandering the term to the sheeple in the US. We people that can find our ass with two hands and know the difference are far outnumbered. Don't get me wrong...I'm not saying to stop. I just believe we've reached a point where they know that term works, and it will be a while before it no longer works. Even my boss, who claims to be very conservative, doesn't know why citizens need hi cap mags. He's as retarded as any other libersocialist.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

The media will never "correct" the way these terms are used, the only way to reach the masses is for an organization to produce TV ads and pay to have them aired clarifying the terms as well as clarifying the "gun show loophole".

I have spoken to more than a few people about the "loophole" and after explaining to them that you cannot buy whatever you want without a check, they came around.
They had never been to a gun show and simply believed the propaganda, write a letter to your local newspaper explaining that a gunshow is not a free for all devoid of laws and regulations.
