AK Build Around Pittsburgh?

I have an AK parts kit that was left to me from my grandfather. I haven't the space nor tools to build it. The only thing it looks to be missing is the receiver, which I was going to pick-up from NoDak Spuds.

Does anyone know a good shop that could do the build for me? I'm comfortable with ARs to an extent, but never messed with AKs and as I said before, I don't really have anywhere to do it anymore.

you just missed a build party in youngstown a few weeks ago, there may be another in the fall.

Damn, too bad. I'd be down for a build party, but honestly I will be more than happy to pay a gunsmith to do it if that means I can shoot it this coming summer. If anyone has anywhere that might be able to do the build, I'd be appreciative.
