Direct Action Tactical will be operating with a revised round count for ALL upcoming training courses. Supply levels have dropped very low and demand continues at panic driven, hysterical levels. We feel the need to adjust the round expenditures to allow more shooters the ability to continue to train in a purposeful manner.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All courses will have the following minimums:

300 Rounds Per Day for Handgun Courses
250 Rounds Per Day for Carbine Courses
250 Rounds Per Day Carbine & 50 Rounds Handgun for Combo Courses (Advanced Defensive Carbine)
200 Rounds Per Day for Basic Handgun

The "recommended" ammo counts will remain the same and we will NOT compromise the level of training we provide. If you are fully stocked you are encouraged to bring the recommended amount and shoot the drills with the full repetition cycle. If you can only obtain the minimums then we will revise each drill to maximize the training output while keeping a mindful eye to the round count.

This policy will remain in effect for the remainder of 2013. At the end of the year, we are hopeful that the market will stabilize and we can return to normal round counts for 2014.

Stay tuned for a possible announcement in the very near future in regards to acquiring ammunition specifically for training with DAT. We are working on a direct line to obtain ammunition at reasonable rates for students that can purchase the course amounts in one transaction.
