Couple Leo's around where i work that i spoke to actually believe if you have a conceal carry permit then you must carry concealed ! They are so damn righteous

Fortunately, nowhere on my LTCF is the word 'Concealed'. It is a License To Carry Firearms - period - not a concealed carry permit.

The example that I use is this: When I was a kid, I was allowed to ride my bicycle. When I hit 16, I got my driver's license, and was then allowed to operate a motor vehicle. I did NOT forfeit my right to continue to ride my bicycle, I just acquired an ADDITIONAL option.

In Pennsylvania, open carry is lawful in most places (on foot) without an LTCF. With an LTCF, you have additional options.

Perfectly said. That's how i will explain it to a LEO next time when he's says you have to conceal only with LTCF and can't open carry.
