Re: Casting question?
Also carefully inspect for lead buildup in the rifling.
If you detect buildup, the two most common options are increasing lead hardness (switching to melted down wheel weights) or adding gas checks.
I've noticed occasional lead fouling with 9mmx19 and 38 special in the past.Gloria: "65 percent of the people murdered in the last 10 years were killed by hand guns"

Re: Casting question?
Not all cast bullets come out perfect. Every one should be run through a sizer to ensure they are round and not oblong.

Re: Casting question?
.45gunguy,
bullets from the mould you named are a tumble-lube design which need only to be lubed with liguid alox and shot as cast...no sizing required.
three of lee's t-l moulds i use are a .357, .40 and .45, all of which give me good service and no leading with liquid alox; nothing could be easier.
