    Default Walmart open carry

I spent about 1.5 hours wandering around the Mansfield Walmart OC. no issues.

I guess its just not the same up here in the north end of the state.

Ah yes, it was an XD45 in a Serpa.

I've O/C'd in the Walmart in Corry and NEVER had an issue. I don't think the Walmartians even notice. They do have a greeter and he's in his own little world. There are no receipt checkers either. I think they are just happy to have customers there at all. Its really out in the middle of no where.

Happily you had a good O/C experience in Walmart.
    Kudos!

Yeah - if ever there was an "evil holster" to go with an "evil gun", the Serpa is it.!

BTW, I'm the proud owner of a Serpa holster too.

I graduated years ago from Mansfield Univ. YOu could pretty much walk down the street in that town with a rifle and no one would even look at you twice... doesnt surprise me that the Wal Martians, who undoubtedly live in the area, didnt even give you a second look.
"The rifle is the weapon of democracy. If guns are outlawed, only the government will have guns. Only the police, the secret police, the military. The hired servants of our rulers. Only the government-and a few outlaws. I intend to be among the outlaws." (Edward Abbey, "The Right to Arms," Abbey's Road [New York, 1979])
I have my rifle. Do you?

I was acting as driver for a lady friend here in town. The nearest Walmart is 25 miles from here. Got some stuff for myself too. She bought lunch.
