    To tell you the truth. I have not come to a certain conclusion as to whether or not I could use deadly force to protect someone other than a direct family member. I often think I could but it just seems I will not know for sure until the moment of truth. As for self preservation I have no doubt. Scare me enough and I'll drop them like a hot rock.

    I've OCed in Wal-Marts in both Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg here without incident.

    As I've said before, I OC in Walmart all the time.

    Heck, I spent 2 hours there the other day grocery shopping and didn't get so much as a glance.

    The stories of people having trouble are the exception, rather then the rule.

    I OC'ed a bright shiny stainless 1911 today at the Walmart in Wyomissing, PA with no issues.

    Bright shiny SS full size 1911 in SERPA in the Wilkes-Barre Walmart (Arena Hub) tonight after the Bennigan's OC dinner.

    Never an issue...

    Oh... When we left we asked the greeter if she needed our receipt she shook here head no (wink/nod) and off we went

    One hour or more spent OCing very noticable sidearm in WalMarts in Exeter, Muhlenburg/Temple, Wyomissing, and Gilbertsville, zero issues, other than double-takes from a customer or two. Very positive experiences in Exeter and Gilbertsville, chatting sidearms with clerks on the salesfloor.
