Re: Oh God...Man shoots deer at Walmart
This is one of the reasons that we are thought of as impulsive lunatics. Somebody please tell me that the deer was rabid and was charging with malice of forethought towards the legally armed citizen and he had to defend himself!

Re: Oh God...Man shoots deer at Walmart
I take a huge offense to this article, it doesn't sound like "hunting" one bit. To me it Sounds like "ILLEGALLY SHOOTING A DEER" which is exactly the same thing as "POACHING"
Hell I hope they permanently take this idiots gun rights away too, he is obviously too stupid to own any type of firearms.
Please define "Pet deer"? If there is legal hunting in a state park during regular hunting season then these are not "Pet Deer" these are legally defined as game animals. It is against game commission regulations to keep deer as "pets" or as livestock.Last edited by bigandy1966; March 27th, 2013 at 07:11 PM.

Re: Oh God...Man shoots deer at Walmart
The deer they used to have, (mid 90's) campers could feed apples and such, however they where not confined. things have changed since then and feeding is no longer permitted, likely due to liability reasons, and Commission enforcement. However, there are still people that come there and shoot deer in the no hunting areas within the state park.

I think it's funny that WalMart seems to always attract a certain type of shopper. You never hear of such shenanigans in the parking lot at Target...and you'd think that shoppers with a proclivity to "parking lot hunt" would be subliminally attracted to Target.

Perhaps, but per capita, I am willing to bet, there are higher concentrations in larger cities.....LOL
Most idiots have a hard time surviving in the country...they either meet their ends by their own means, or by a local .... overall, I believe country folk are a bit less tolerable, however, there is plenty of bad seed to go around...LOL
One of the primary reason I am 45 minutes from Wal-Mart by the way."North of I-80, we don't dial 911, we dial 223"
