    Default Ceasefire is claiming if you OC in Doylestown on march 30 you will be arrested!

    So I like to know how they will have the police arrest us for BRANDISHING our guns?

    I will be there and I will be OCing any questions?

    My understanding is that PA has no brandishing law, so that wouldn't work.

    Well, they could lie and say "that guy took his gun out and waved it at me".

    No "brandishing" law, but I'm sure could think of something to arrest you for... if they believed the "witness" and others back them up

    Easy recipe for turning a law abiding citizen into a criminal, just add a couple hate-filled liars into the mix. Just look at what happened to the woman in NJ who was charged with terroristic threats and had her weapons seized.

    I would think that video/audio recording is your friend in a situation like this
