Re: Looking for a junk yard
Reminds me of a funny incident. My buddy had one many years ago. We pulled up to a take out beer and steak joint and got out of the car. There was me at 270lbs, my buddy at 250lbs and from the back seat my cousin at nearly 400lbs. When we entered the store the owner was just staring at us with this amazed look on his face, he asked "how the eff did you squeze him into the back seat with you two bigass effers in the front". I quickly replied "butter lots of butter" We all busted out laughing.
Some people just plain suck.
If you're gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough.

Re: Looking for a junk yard
I'm not sure about up your way, but I've been to Shorty's a few times, no problem walking around with a tool box and pulling whatever. flat rate entrance and pay for parts as you leave. most small items are waved through.
One point of advice, call before you go to make sure they have the model your looking to pull from. if they don't have it, chances are they'd be able to get you the parts you wanted from another yard.
