What ever happened to House Bill 2231
The PA version of the FL's Castle Doctrine? House Bill 2231
I literally can't find anything on it. PA Legislature site won't work for me for some reason?

See here:

Also, here's the bill's history from the PA General Assembly's website:
http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI...5/0/HB2231.HTM
which confirms the other PAFOA thread that this bill has essentially gone stale. The only way this bill is going to move forward is if the legislature brings it up for consideration again. So, call your legislators and demand it be addressed!"Political Correctness is just tyranny with manners"

Re: What ever happened to House Bill 2231
It's done and over with. It was sent to the Judiciary November 15, 2005 and has never been voted on so it went stale just this past November. It can only sit 1 year in Judiciary.
You can go here and look up any bill you want http://www.legis.state.pa.us/. Just put in the full bill number including the HB and then you can click on the history of it."Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
