Stallard Arms JS 9mm Assembly question

Hello,

I recently picked up most of a JS 9mm. I've ordered the missing pieces but one part has me stumped. In the gunpartscorp schematic of the Stallard Arms JS 9mm, #24, its a counterbalance with pivot pin. Gunparts doesn't list the part even though they show it in schematic. And if part does exist, I can,t figure where it goes in the pistol. Any help would be appreciated.

Look up Hi Point C9 assembly. They're basically the same gun.
