sorry if this has been discussed before but has anyone ever given any thought to having the open carry laws printed on a t-shirt or sweatshirt for wearing during open carry? I'm always forgetting to stuff my pockets with flyers, this i won't forget. thanks jim

If that's what you want to do, go for it.

You cannot, according to state law, open carry a t-shirt in the Commonwealth of PA. You have to keep it in the bag it was put in at the time of purchase, or worn either with or withoutr a garment covering it. I know this because my neighbor's kid works at the Gap in the mall and he is up on this stuff!

Re: t-shirt open carry laws ?
Some funny comments. The interesting thing about this is not really the convenience but the combining of free speech with 2A. Say you are wearing the shirt but not open carrying, will you get stopped, questioned, frisked? In tandem, it will also make it more difficult for the police to give you a hard time, especially if recorded. It will be clear to anyone watching that you are not a criminal, but making a political statement while exercising your rights.

Sounds like a great idea, it ranks right up there with the CCW badge.
