Re: LTCF
Thank God I live in Lackawanna County. It took me longer to find a parking space in downtown Scranton than it I took to fill out the application, hand over my $20.00, and get my LTCF in hand.

Re: LTCF
Sheriff Martin makes his own rules.. and the state doesn't seem to care. Nothing will change until there is some kind of lawsuit.

Re: LTCF
Well I think that just one person would not or could not take this on unless they had the money and were willing to shoulder the financial costs of lawsuit against a government agency or if an attorney was willing to take the case on contingency that costs were asked to be paid as part of the settlement deal or just because they are willing to take the case pro bono.
That being said once I had two references the application process was fairly simple. I even had to correct an address and they did that over the phone, no problem. Now I just have to wait until mid May to hear a response. My boyfriend and I both turned our applications in within a day of each other so it will be interesting time waiting to hear back..currently; 10+ & counting. everyday carry w/ruger lcp.

Re: LTCF
I received my postcard in the mail on Saturday April 27th so it took less than the 45 days. I have to go down to the courthouse to observe a civil proceeding tomorrow for my civil litigation class so I will be picking my LTCF on the way out..

May 6th would have been 45 days for me so you should be hearing something in the next few weeks.

Re: LTCF
Martin is up to his tricks again. Got a letter yesterday saying that one of my reference did not respond with the card they send out. I was with the referance when he got it in the mail. watched him fill it out and put it back in the mail to go out.
I think Martin plays games to try and discourage people.
