    Even with a License to Carry a Firearm, places that licensees are not permitted to carry a firearm are: schools and school properties, court facilities, state and federal buildings or properties, bars and taverns or any public or private property properly posted conspicuously prohibiting the same.

    I'm not even going to list the errors in that thing. There are many. Very sad. They could have emailed me a copy and I'd have fixed it for them, for free.

    LOL he actually did better then I thought he would. Between interchanging wrong terminologies and presenting things in a confusing manner a layman would wind up confused after reading it.

    It wasn't. I think he lumped them in with the section about signage. Confusing the way he stated it.

    He also requires that your references reside in Monroe County even though it's not a requirement on the PSP form and you absolutely must provide your Berkheimer statement.

    Well he can't announce them to the world. Someone might see that his extra requirements are illegal.

    Not to mention that it's ok if his deputies don't know the law and feel like cursing at you even though they are wrong.
