Need help finding range on Game Lands in Burgettstown, PA

So I went looking for the range today that is out by the Post Gazette Pavilion, I had 0 luck. The directions I followed are these:

Route 79 to Bridgeville, take the Bridgeville Exit, at end of ramp turn onto Route 50 West towards Hickory. Follow Route 50 West 13.2 miles to right turn onto Route 18 North. Travel 11 miles to game lands entrance on left. Note: Entrance is a gravel road .5 mile before Pavilion entrance. Follow road approx. 1 mile, at Y in the road, hang left. Follow to bottom of hill at range. For detailed directions go to http://www.post-gazettepavilion.com/directions.php just keep in mind, entrance is .5 mile south of Pavilion entrance.

I found a gravel road on the same side of the road as the Pepsi RoadHouse (in fact you can see the RoadHouse from said gravel road). I turned down this road (Log Cabin Road) and traveled it up and down without any success. I found what I believe is the 'Y' in the road (Goodwill Hill and Log Cabin Road) mentioned in the directions, but for the live of me, I couldn't find the range.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. GPS coordinates would be VERY helpful...

I'm thinking that I read somewhere that the Burgettstown gamelands range was closed...but I could be wrong. If it is, in fact, open I'd like to see the directions as well....I went to Wexford again today and it was PACKED!
